Continuous Rotary Automatic Sandblasting Cabinet Exporting

This automatic sandblasting cabinet is ready to ship for our Pakistan customer. They will apply this machine for processing aluminum pot, whose required output is going to be 700-1500 pieces/hour with clean and rough surface.

The outsize of the machine is L1700*W1900*H2200mm with 14pcs automaic blasting guns, suitable for workparts with max width 400mm and max height 450mm

Continuous rotary automatic sandblasting system consists of one indexing turntable whose diameter is 1400mm, on which is 14pcs independent small satellite turntables. Each small turntable has fixture to load an workpart. They will continuously rotates to present workparts under abrasive blasting station, air blowing station and load/unload station.
